Simply book your appointment with our team of content experts and we will guide you through the process. To ensure the best results, we ask that you have your property ready prior to the scheduled appointment.  This includes working with the builder and seller to ensure all areas of the home are accessible and presentable.  Confirming your appointment, you agree to our readiness expectations and policy.  Please note that for liability purposes, we do not handle any prep work for the readiness of the property, including cleaning or moving of furniture.  We believe that communication is key to a successful partnership, and will work with you to find the most convenient time that works with your schedule. Please ensure that your property is photo and/or video ready for the scheduled appointment to avoid any rescheduling fees.

At Grand Views 360, we value your time and ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any issues.  We are committed to providing you with the best service possible and appreciate your cooperation in this matter.  Safety is our top priority at Grand Views 360 LLC. Although we do not charge a rescheduling fee due to inclement weather, it is entirely up to our clients whether they want to reschedule their appointment.  Please note that we cannot perform aerial/drone services during rainy or hazardous wind conditions.

At Grand Views 360, we offer affordable video post production services starting at just $95 per hour (Two hour minimum.).  Our team of experts are here to help you create high-quality videos that showcase your brand and captivate your audience.  We provide a wide range of services, including color correction, audio mixing, and visual effects. We are here to bring your vision to life and help you stand out in a crowded digital marketplace.  

At Grand Views 360, we are dedicated to providing our clients with the highest quality work. We do not sell photographs or video; instead, we license their use to our clients. This allows us to ensure that our clients receive the best images and videos for their digital marketing campaigns.  This limited licensing release to our clients, ensuring that they have full usage rights for electronic and printed forms of advertisement for the sole purpose of promoting their business. However, if builders, stagers, designers, or “third parties” wish to use photographs, or video owned by Grand Views 360, they must contact us directly for licensing and fees. We value our clients and their assets, and are dedicated to ensuring that their intellectual property is protected.

At Grand Views 360, we understand the importance of ownership in the content creation process.  Any copyrightable works, ideas, discoveries, inventions, patents, products, or other information developed in whole or in part by our content providers shall be the exclusive property of Grand Views 360.  We are committed to safeguarding your interests and delivering high-quality content that meets your needs. Please note that Grand Views 360 reserves the right to use any video or photos created for advertising, display, publication, or other purposes. This ensures that we can showcase our work to potential clients and continue to improve and expand our services. However, we understand the importance of keeping your proprietary information confidential and will always seek your approval before publishing any content related to your business.
